During my stay for the Ed Sheeran concert weekend, the friendly staff made check-in a breeze, especially the welcoming lady at the front desk. The room was beautifully appointed with essential amenities, and the bed provided a wonderfully restful night. i had a really nice stay at hotel indigo leeds. the staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure i was comfy. my room was clean n tidy, and the bed was so soft, i could sleep all day. breakfast was nice too, plenty of options to choose from. location is perfect, right in the heart of the city.

only issue was the noise outside at night, it can get a bit loud with all the pubs nearby. also, the shower curtain was kinda old school.

The hotel had this cool vibe when you walked in, but things got weird when we got to our room. The carpet was super odd, and the room felt pretty old-school. They really made up for it. Plus, the bar was nice for a quick drink to unwind.
